Write for Us

Are you interested in sharing your big ideas with our stars?
Feel free to send us your best work on youth employment, entrepreneurship, Africa, technology, and education.

We are looking for inspiring tips and strategies to help young people unlock their potentials and live on their terms. Our major aim is to help our audience build a life, not a resume.

Please follow the guidelines below for your copy.

  • Articles should be original of the author and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Articles should offer readers true value with clear advice, takeaways, and how-to tips about a specific topic that can be helpful to entrepreneurs and early career professionals. We cut through the noise, no fluff texts.
  • Do include your brief bio of at most 100 words. We need to know if you are a real person like us or some secret spy off the grid.
  • Include relevant links in parentheses, next to the words to be linked (i.e., do not embed the links). We try to get everything just right.
  • Please note, we classify articles with promoted links as sponsored articles and these attract a fee.
  • Submit articles in Word format using the template below (no PDF files, please).
  • If you submit an article that mentions businesses or companies in which you have a vested interest, disclose as much to the audience.
  • The author retains copyright of the article, but SFAN may republish your piece, with full attribution, in other marketing materials.
  • At this moment, we do not pay guest contributors for their occasional articles.

Next steps:

  • Download the template below and submit your article through the email in the template. (Kindly use the title of your article as the email headline)
  • If your article is not used, you can definitely use it in your own blog or propose it as a guest post to some other website. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, then you can try pitching to another platform. We are not able to respond to every request and apologize.
  • We want to build a one-stop-shop for quality insights. Fluff pieces that offer little value to hard-working people in need will not be of interest to us.
  • Marketing agencies will be considered as guest bloggers after scrutiny. The goal is to make visitors to our site better.

Excuse the many rules, we just wanted to make sure that everything is clear. Happy contributing!
